One of the best budget buys is the Quick FX No-Shine Mattifier. This primer costs surprisingly cheap. You can buy it for P89.00 per sachet!
Why it's great : It is a perfect base. I can feel the noticeable difference after applying a pea size on my whole face. It's a great help for a smooth base to achieve that flawless look. And like most face primers, it makes your make up last all day!
What I don't like about the product : (1) It only comes in one size. You can't find a sachet bigger than this. (2) It is not advisable to use over makeup because it will erase your powder / foundation.

I like the powdery finish of Quick FX No-Shine Mattifier. This is such a good product considering its value for money. I'll definitely buy again after finishing this sachets. ;)
